“Good” / ”Better” / ”Best”
We have 3 estimates for roof replacement (“Good”/”Better”/”Best”). The Best estimate is for installation of Owens Corning Duration shingles along with Owens Corning-brand components (ridge vent, underlayment, hip/ridge shingles, starter shingles) as required for the most robust material warranty against any material defects should they occur. Such defects are rare but not unheard of. The Better estimate includes Owens Corning Duration shingles but with mixed/off-branded components that are essentially the same in quality/performance but does not carry as robust of a material warranty. The Good estimate includes either GAF Natural Shadow or IKO Cambridge 30-year architectural-style shingles with mixed-branded components. My personal recommendation is the Better option as you receive top grade shingles, a manufacturer warranty, and our 10 year labor warranty. We provide a 10 year labor warranty on all work we perform regardless of materials installed.
Once the job is complete, we will perform a thorough inspection of your project to make sure we did everything correctly and up to our strict standards and the site is spotless.
